Shipping Time

As we source our products from international suppliers (including AliExpress), estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, high demand, or courier delays.

Shipping Cost

  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders (unless stated otherwise on the product page).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

Multiple Shipments

Since we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Handy Nest is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
