1. Orders & Tracking
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link (usually from 17track.net, AfterShip, or the carrier). You can also check your order status anytime in My Account → Orders.
When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 1–5 business days (often 2–3 days). During busy periods (holidays, flash sales), it may take up to 7 business days. We'll email you as soon as it ships!
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately — we can usually cancel or modify it. Once it ships, changes are not possible, but you can return unwanted items (see Returns section).
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We ship worldwide! Most orders go to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU countries, and many other regions.
How long does shipping take?
- Standard shipping: 10–25 business days (most common for international)
- Express shipping (available at checkout): 5–12 business days Times start after your order ships. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or carrier issues — we appreciate your patience!
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free standard shipping on orders over [insert your threshold, e.g., $50 / $35 / PKR 10,000]. Below that, shipping starts at [insert starting rate, e.g., $4.99 / €5.99].
Will I have to pay customs / import duties? For international orders, customs fees, VAT, or duties may apply depending on your country's rules. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping cost. We mark packages as "gift" or low-value when allowed to help minimize fees.
My package is stuck / delayed — what now? Check the tracking link first. If it's been longer than the estimated time + 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer a [30-day / 14-day] return window from the day you receive your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
- Go to My Account → Orders and select the item
- Choose "Return" and follow the prompts
- We'll email you a return label (or instructions if you're outside supported countries) Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Do you offer exchanges? Yes — for size/color/style issues (if the item is in stock). Contact us first so we can check availability and send instructions.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong? Send us photos within 7 days of delivery → we'll send a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.
Are all products returnable? Most items yes — except final sale items, personalized/custom products, underwear, earrings, and hygiene items (for health reasons).
4. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and more (depending on your region).
Is my payment information safe? Yes — we use Shopify's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store full card details on our servers.
5. Products & Sizing
Where are your products from? We partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you trendy, high-quality items at great prices. Product origins vary (mostly China, US, EU warehouses).
How accurate are product descriptions / photos? We do our best to show accurate photos and descriptions. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Do you have size charts? Yes — most clothing, shoes, and accessories have size charts in the product images or description. If unsure, choose based on measurements and feel free to ask us!
6. Account & General Questions
How do I create an account? Click "Account" at the top → Sign up during checkout or separately. Benefits include order tracking, faster checkout, and exclusive offers.
I forgot my password Click "Forgot password?" on the login page — we'll send a reset link.
Do you run discounts / promotions? Yes! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for flash sales, coupon codes, and exclusive deals.
